Well, I have been on a low-fat diet lately (due to gallstones) & finding something yummy to eat that is low in fat is very hard.
I made this delish recipe up one day when I just wanted something other than a wrap with no mayo! Enjoy!!
Ingredients
1 can of non-fat refried beans
1 can of fire roasted tomatoes & green chillies (walmart .97 cents!)
2 TBS of non-fat/low-fat sour cream
1 TBS of white cheddar popcorn seasoning (trust me!)
Garlic, salt & pepper to taste.
Empty beans & tomato/green chili cans into a microwave-safe bowl. Warm for 1 min.
Add in sour cream & white cheddar. Stir well.
Put a dash of garlic, some salt & pepper to taste.
I add a couple hits of Tabasco, but I like it HOT!!
Enjoy with some baked tortilla chips of your choice.
