Quaker Oatmeal was always a staple in my house. Really....not off-brand but REAL Quaker oatmeal.

It has real nuts and berries that really help you stay full!
I ate my Apple Walnut Oatmeal for breakfast and it was amazing! I didn't feel hungry for hours! Usually I am looking for food within an hour or two :)
